Order Policy
New retailers must meet an opening order minimum of $250. Retailers who do not meet this minimum will be contacted. Note: you will be required to fax a copy of your business license, resale certificate, and a completed online selling policy acknowledgment form for your first order to be processed.
Reorders are $150.
Orders are subject to acceptance by London Bridge by Maison Chic. Orders with missing or invalid payment information automatically cancel after 60 days. London Bridge by Maison Chic may adjust quantities to meet item minimums.
Online Selling Policy
In order to facilitate a level playing field for all online retailers, we have established an online selling policy and ask that all of our retailers complete an Online Selling Policy Acknowledgement Form. Failure to comply with our online selling policy could lead to the termination of our services. Please click here to obtain a copy of our policy and acknowledgment form.

Payment Methods
For your security, payments for all orders placed through this website are processed through PayPal. London Bridge by Maison Chic does not receive or store credit card numbers from any online transactions.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. We currently ship to addresses within the United States. All shipping addresses must be deliverable via USPS or UPS. S&H charges will be added to all invoices. Orders placed through our website are processed and shipped in 7-10 business days.
Important shipping notice: Please carefully check your shipping address for typos and missing information (ie, suite numbers, zip codes, street numbers). Changes to the shipping address cannot be made once your order has shipped. An incorrect or incomplete address will delay delivery and may result in your order being returned to us as undeliverable. Orders received back as undeliverable will be processed as a return, minus all freight charges and a restocking fee. The retailer is responsible for reshipment fees.
Drop Ship Service
We no longer offer Drop Ship service. Thank you for your interest.
Back Order Policy
Any backorders on website orders will automatically be canceled, and any funds owed will be refunded.
Backorders will ship as soon as they are available, if it is reasonable for freight costs, or with the next order placed, unless otherwise specified by the retailer. Backorders under $50 will be shipped with the retailer's next order unless otherwise specified. All backorders are canceled at the end of the calendar year unless otherwise specified. Freight on all backorders is the retailer's responsibility.
Damage Policy
All damages, defects, or shortages must be reported to Customer Service within seven (7) days of receipt. Credit may not be issued if reported after this time.
Return Policy
All sales are final for clearance and sale items. No returns unless the product is damaged or defective (see Damage Policy).
Returns will not be accepted unless approved in advance by Customer Service. All returned merchandise must be (1) unopened and unused (2) in the original packaging, and (3) free of any price tags or stickers. Credit cannot be given for price-tagged, open, or visibly shopworn merchandise. Your credit will be issued after your return is received and inspected. A restocking fee and/or shipping fees may be deducted.
Refused orders will be assessed freight charges plus a restocking fee. The retailer is responsible for return freight. Merchandise must be (1) unopened and unused (2) in the original packaging, and (3) free of any price tags or stickers. Credit cannot be given for price-tagged, open, or visibly shopworn merchandise. Your credit will be issued after your return is received and inspected.
When returning damaged or defective merchandise, credit will be issued after the return is inspected. A restocking fee and shipping charges may be applied if the merchandise is found to be in unsellable condition.
Cancellation Policy
The retailer is responsible for shipping charges and restocking fees on orders canceled after shipment.

We will not sell or share your information. We use SSL protection on our website. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers, or other information that we think you may find interesting using the email address you have provided. Safety Standards
All London Bridge by Maison Chic products meet or exceed the US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act standards. Children's Product Certificates are available upon request.
Product Information
Actual merchandise may vary slightly from the images. Our fabrics are hand-printed, and small imperfections are characteristic of hand-printed designs. Color may differ slightly from photos due to different monitor settings.
